Overview & Registration Fees

The Best Western Products Showcase is held in conjunction with the annual Best Western North American Convention. The Showcase is the largest and most respected tradeshow of its kind in the hospitality industry.  As an exhibitor, you will be participating and taking orders on behalf of Best Western Supply. All merchandise that is being displayed and/or offered for sale must be approved by Best Western Supply.

Please note that all exhibiting companies are subject to Best Western Supply approval.


$4,600  Endorsed Supplier 1st booth (Includes full-page color ad & 4 badges)
$4,050 Each additional booth
$5,595 Non-Endorsed Supplier booth (1 ea.) with 4 badges
$100 ea. Additional Endorsed Supplier badges and/or lost replacement badges
$250 ea. Additional Non-Endorsed Supplier badges and/or lost replacement badges
$300 Late fee for all applications received after September 1
$1,950 Passport Participation (20 slots available)
Chairman's Welcome Party
Two tickets for the Chairman's Welcome Party (Thursday evening) are included in the price of each booth.  Additional tickets can be purchased for $150 each on-site at Convention.

Pricing & Taking Orders
Resale pricing information will be provided in your Exhibitor Packet at the Showcase, if applicable. Direct Order Vendors may use the pre-approved pricing that has been agreed upon with Best Western Supply. Exhibitors who receive resale pricing information in their packet at the Showcase will also receive special Showcase order forms. Order are not to be processed until a numbered Purchase Order noting "Convention Order" on it is received by your company from Best Western Supply. Direct Order Vendors may use their own order forms.

Exhibitor Meals
Meals provided for Exhibitors are as follows:
  • Friday, October 18
    • Breakfast served on the trade show floor
    • "Vendor Appreciation Luncheon" from 1pm - 3pm
      • NOTE: Lunch will be served on the trade show floor for hotel attendees from 11:30am - 12:30pm.  Exhibitors should NOT eat at this time.
  • Saturday, October 19
    • Lunch not provided for exhibitors.  Exhibitors should plan to eat lunch prior to the trade show.

Exhibit Set-Up and Showcase Hours

Exhibitor registration and move-in hours are:

Wednesday, October 16: 12pm - 7pm
Thursday, October 17: 7am - 10am

*All registration materials including badges must be picked up and exhibits must be fully installed by 10:00 am on Thursday to avoid excess traffic when tradeshow opens at 1:00 pm.

Showcase Hours

Thursday, October 17: 1pm - 6pm
Friday, October 18: 8am - 12:30pm
Saturday, October 19: 12:30pm - 6pm
