What are the items prohibited in the stadium?
The following items are prohibited inside the stadium: Alcoholic beverages, Backpacks, Bags larger than 9"x9"x15", Banners, Beverage containers, Cameras (with professional, detachable long-lenses), Coolers, Equipment cases, Food, Flag poles, Tripods, Umbrellas, Video cameras, Weapons
Can I bring food or beverage on the bus?
No, food and beverage are not allowed on the buses.
Can I bring a cooler on the bus?
No, coolers and ice chests are not allowed on the buses.
Does the Longhorns Express provide for ADA service?
The Longhorns Express will have limited ADA-Lift service available. Not all motorcoaches are equipped with lifts and you may have to wait until the next available coach arrives; maximum wait should be 30 minutes. If you are able to board the bus, your wheelchair or scooter should fit in the luggage compartment of the bus. The drop off locations for the Longhorns Express are one to two blocks from the stadium. The University of Texas has provided for numerous ADA parking close to the stadium at a reasonable prices.The on-site parking is filled on a first come first serve basis.
Can I buy a season pass?
Yes, season passes are avaliable for purchase through the Longhorn Express website.
If I buy a season pass and miss a game, can I get a refund?
No refunds or exchanges will be issued for the Longhorns Express.
How much does it cost to ride the Longhorn Express?
Tickets cost $9 per person. Children 12 and under ride free.
How much is a season pass?
Individual season passes cost $45.
Do children ride free?
Children 12 and under are able to ride the Longhorns Express for free.
What are the locations for pick-up and drop-off off campus?
Barton Creek Mall (2901 S. Capital of Texas Hwy)
Longhorns Express operates in the NorthEast corner of Mall parking lot, opposite Dillard's and Macy's.
Intramural Fields (51st St. and Guadalupe)
Longhorns Express operates in the Intramural Fields parking lot.
What are the locations for pick-up and drop-off on campus?
The Barton Creek Mall route drops off and picks up at the corner of University Ave. and 21st Street.
The IF route drops off and picks up at the corner of Dean Keeton and San Jacinto.
If I purchase a roundtrip ticket, can I use it only one way?
Yes, you can use your ticket as a one way ticket to the stadium or to the park and ride facility. Please keep in mind, the tickets is only valid for the date it was purchased for.
When does shuttle service begin and end?
Both shuttles begin service
3 hours and 15 minutes
prior to kickoff. Pickup stops after kickoff. Shuttles begin returning passengers to the remote lots at the end of the third quarter. The last shuttle departs the stadium 1 hour after the game ends.
How can I pay for tickets?
You can pay with cash at the remote park and ride facilities. Visa, Discover, and Mastercard will be accepted. You can also pay online with a credit card on the Longhorns Express website.
Are student ID's accepted in lieu of fare?
No, everyone other than children 12 and under are required to pay the fare.

Does the shuttle make stops along the way?
No, the Longhorns Express is an exclusive non-stop service for football patrons. There will be no un-scheduled stops made in route to the stadium and/or park and ride facilities.
