    Summary: This session, organized by the ECOP Personnel Subcommittee, will be an opportunity for directors and administrators to discuss Cooperative Extension management practices leading to innovative resource development opportunities. The end result will be the identification of sustainable models appropriate for adaptation at state and local levels.     
        

    Break out discussion sessions offered:
    1. Best practices and lessons learned in developing and implementing revenue generation
    2. Working with new private partners
    3. Sharing revenue generation risks and benefits across campus and county entities
    4. Personnel issues and solutions related to revenue generation
    5. Expanding Extension Philanthropy
    6. How revenue generation influences program quality and impact
    7. Establishing Native American partnerships
    8. Discontinuing a program when the revenue stream runs out
