Please join us for the Asbestos Disease Awareness Organization’s 10th Anniversary International Asbestos Awareness Conference: “Where Knowledge and Action Unite” on April 4 – 6, 2014 in Washington, D.C. More than 30 renowned experts and asbestos victims from ten countries will present the latest advancements in disease prevention, global advocacy, and treatment for mesothelioma and other asbestos-caused diseases.
Each year, ADAO’s conference recognizes outstanding individuals and organizations from around the world that serve as a voice for asbestos victims, raising awareness and advocating for a worldwide asbestos ban. ADAO is delighted to announce the 2014 ADAO keynote speaker, Sue Vento, and honorees which include: U.S. Representative Henry Waxman, Dr. David Egilman, Dr. Ken Takahashi, The Association Nationale de Défense des Victimes de l'Amiante (ANDEVA), Bill Ravanesi, Bruce Vento (posthumously), Janelle Bedel (posthumously), Heather Von St James, and Lou Williams.
