CENTRUM'S JAZZ PORT TOWNSEND

Tuition: Performers and educators, $800. OUR DORMITORY IS AT CAPACITY. Contact Gregg Miller about on-campus housing options, 206-890-3275. Room and Board Fees: $565, dorm and all meals, or $485, dorm with lunch and dinner. Meal plans: $225-$305.

Scholarships may be available for this program.

A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to register, or $50 for financial aid applicants. Acceptance is dependent on an audition process. All fees will be refunded if an applicant is not accepted.

We will once again offer an Educator Track for current and future educators who want to improve their knowledge and skills in the classroom. Learn from outstanding educators and teaching artists. Whether you’re a journeyman performer, aspiring professional, a committed avocational player or a professional or future educator, the weeklong workshop at Jazz Port Townsend is the perfect opportunity to meet other excellent musicians, soak up a week of jazz in a seaside paradise, and leave as a better musician. Artistic Director John Clayton has hand picked faculty who are outstanding both as performers and teachers. They’ll inspire you with their playing, and then work with you directly to develop your own skills.
