Participation in the conference is by invitation only and is open to Executive Directors and Board Members. A maximum of two individuals may attend from each nonprofit invited.
This event is free to attend; pre-registration is required. Self-parking is available upon arrival for $10/car (cash only). Metro public transportation is encouraged.

The 2014 Nonprofit Sustainability Initiative (NSI) is a foundation collaborative working to support Los Angeles nonprofit organizations interested in exploring and pursuing strategic restructuring, from jointly managed programs and consolidated administrative functions to full-scale mergers or acquisitions.
The conference will provide information on the elements of collaborations and strategic restructuring, lessons from nonprofit leaders and consultants who participated in the first cohort, and the research and evaluation components of the NSI. It will also serve as the launch for the selection of a second cohort of strategic restructuring partnerships.
