Registration Cancellation Policy

Student registration cancellation must be made in writing to NSBP 2015 Conference Cancellations Via Email: NSBPAdmin@spi-meetings.com postmarked no later than Friday, January 30, 2015 by 11:59pm. NO TELEPHONE CANCELLATION ACCEPTED.

Refunds will be made minus a $150 administrative fee for each student. No refund will be issued if cancelled after Friday, January 30, 2015. NSBP 2015 Student conference registrations are non-transferable and must be used by the registered attendee only. We regret that we are not able to make any exceptions. Refunds will be issued within 30 business days after the conference.

All student cancellations must be made before your hotel and travel arrangements are confirmed.

For Student Travel Coverage

If you cancel after your hotel or travel arrangements are confirmed, or if you are a no-show to the conference, a $500 administrative fee will be charged to your credit card number or to your institution.

NSBP 2015 Conference registrations are non-transferable and must be used by the registered attendee only. No exceptions will be made to this policy.

Refunds will be issued within 30 business days after the conference.
