David Fazio is the President and Founder of Helix Opportunity Inc. He is an accomplished Public Speaker providing presentations to the Financial Services Industry, the Global Travel & Tourism Community, the Information Technology Sector, and Corporate America. His professional background is deeply rooted in government and regulatory compliance. David survived a softball size hemorrhagic stroke, from a brain aneurysm, that paralyzed the entire left side of his body at the age of 13. He has regained most of his mobility, after much intense, dedicated physical therapy. David graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Film & Media Studies and has worked for the United States Air Force as a civil service employee, facilitating the Lean Transformation of a complex, multi-billion dollar operation. David is passionate about progressing society towards a more inclusive and meaningful relationship with all of humanity and its various forms of different abilities.
Chad Sowash is the principal partner of Catch 22 Consulting and he brings 20 years of military experience, including combat service and experience as a drill sergeant, and more than 15 years in leadership positions where he led, managed and motivated groups. Sowash draws upon extensive recruitment industry expertise from working at an Online Career Center, Monster.com, and spending ten years with DirectEmployers Association, where he served as both Vice President of Membership and Business Development. There he led collaborative efforts with hundreds of member organizations including AT&T, Lockheed Martin, ConocoPhillips, and General Dynamics in the development of the first complete National Labor Exchange in the U.S. Chad has served as chief experience officer for RecruitMilitary, director of veteran recruiting for Randstad Sourceright and continues his endeavors with Catch 22 Consulting.
