The District Attorneys Council is pleased to present a one-day training session on the JustWare case management software. Several hands-on sessions will be available, as well as sessions with demos and practical information.

The one-day conference will be held on two consecutive days; Wednesday, November 30th and Thursday, December 1st, at the Moore-Norman Technology’s South Penn campus in South Oklahoma City.  All legal support staff including secretaries, administrative assistants, victim-witness coordinators, and financial clerks/coordinators are invited to attend one of the two conference days.

The conference offers a wide variety of training sessions for every level of experience, from the novice to the "power" user. The DAC IT Division has teamed up with Journal Technologies (formerly New Dawn Technologies, the creators of “JustWare”) to present topics that will help you use JustWare more efficiently and entice you to use features that you may not be aware of.

Three simultaneous classes will be held in each time slot:  two are hands-on lab classes, and the third will be a presentation and demo.   There will be “new user” training as well as advanced sessions; courses on JustWare financials as well as case management.  Many little-used and new processes will be demonstrated and practiced.  The ever-popular OSBI submission session will be offered with the aid of our favorite OSBI representative, Debbie Goodloe Repine.

The conference is an outstanding way to network with people from other districts who perform the same functions. Attendees will get a better understanding of how other DA offices are using JustWare and learn how to make JustWare an even more useful tool for the attorneys they support.

Pre-registration is required, as seating is limited in the hands-on lab sessions. Lodging will not be provided this year, as it is a one-day conference, but mileage reimbursement will be available.
