ACL’s Management Symposium will provide participants with information about current state policy, new state initiatives, changes in housing policy, how to manage your organizations more efficiently, and new obligations regarding safety plans.
State leaders will address issues such as HCBS, Housing and the State Budget, the CR and TAP billing change initiative, OMIG compliance activities, a Justice Center update, as well as and DSRIP and how VBP will affect small and/or specialty providers. Others will address HIPAA, outcomes measurement and the formation of alliances among providers. Your colleagues will address how they are dealing with aging clients and the need for step down and crisis beds.
There are also several sessions that offer continuing education hours for licensed social workers and licensed mental health counselors. Those sessions are labeled with an asterisk for easy identification.
In addition to all of the valuable information that you will take away, you’ll have an opportunity to talk with state leaders and your colleagues from all around the state about their experiences and how they are handling the changes.
REMINDER: There is no formal dinner scheduled on Tuesday night. Dinner will be on your own in Downtown Saratoga! Menu books, courtesy of the Saratoga Visitor's Bureau will be available at the Conference Registration Desk for your reference.
