2017 Annual Family Law Conference

This two-day seminar is dedicated to the practice of family law, with its unique challenges and rules. As usual the program contains sessions on recent developments in case law and the legislature, professionalism, and ethics. Other topics include: the use of social media; custody, child and spousal support and modifications; the criminal prosecution of domestic violence; and navigating the abuse statutes.
