Q: What is the recommended attire?
A: Business casual or casual smart are the suggested attire during the day for all official Summit events. As room temperatures and personal comfort zones vary widely, we recommend you bring a sweater or jacket. Evening hours while in the hotel tend to be resort casual. Attire for Encore Beach Club/Surrender Nightclub is business casual. Please note: Nice jeans are acceptable but no torn jeans, no shorts, no athletic wear are permitted in this venue.

Q: What does my conference registration include?
A: Each registrant will receive a personal “All-Access” Summit attendee badge which grants full access to all scheduled meal functions and receptions, business & CE sessions, professional lectures and seminars, vendor exhibit hall, general session and all sanctioned Summit events as listed on the agenda. Also included are all educational materials, email updates, and access to the official 2017 Summit mobile app.
Q: Are there special room rates for the Summit?
A: Yes, there are special discounted room rates on a variety of room categories, including suites, at Wynn and Encore for registered attendees only.
Q: How do I book a hotel reservation at the Wynn or Encore?
A: For registered attendees, hotel reservations can be booked by clicking on the link in your registration confirmation email. Please note hotel rooms sell out early for the Summit. We recommend you book your room immediately after registering for the conference. The conference room rate and availability cannot be guaranteed. Rates may vary based on availability at time of booking, at each hotel.
Q: How do I add my spouse to my registration?
A: You will be able to register your spouse on-site at the Summit. Once registered, spouses will receive a "special badge" with limited access to meals, receptions and the general session only. Registration will be at a discounted rate as well.
Q: How do I substitute or change name on an attendee?
A: All substitution requests must be submitted in writing no later than April 14, 2017. Please email email@example.com requesting a substitution form in the subject line. Requests received after April 14, will incur an additional registration fee. You cannot change name on a registration that has previously been cancelled.
Q: How do I cancel an attendee?
A: All cancellations must be submitted in writing by March 15, 2017. Submissions received by March 15, 2017 will be refunded less a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be allowed after March 15, 2017 for any reason. You cannot change name on a registration that has previously been cancelled.
Q: What do I do with my confirmation acknowledgement after I register?
A: Your confirmation will contain the link to reserve your hotel room at Wynn or Encore Hotel. You will also need your confirmation number to download the mobile app when available and to print your name badge upon arrival at the Wynn and Encore conference center.
Q: When and where do I pick up my badge?
A: You will need to provide both a photo ID AND business card to pick up your badge. Badges can be picked up at designated conference center Registration Desks during the following times (See agenda for exact locations):

Q: Can someone else pick up my badge for me?
A: No. Badges can only be picked up by the registered attendee. Attendees will be required to present both a photo ID and business card to complete onsite registration and pick-up badges.
Q: Are badges required for all functions?
A: Yes, badges must be displayed at all times throughout the Wynn & Encore conference centers, and must be worn for evening events as well. Persons without an official 2017 Specialty Pharmacy Summit badge will be turned away by security.
Q: Is there a lost badge fee?
A: Lost badges are subject to a reprint fee.
Q: Is there a one-day badge?
A: No. Anyone desiring to attend the conference must register in full for the conference.
Q: Is there an exhibit hall only or guest badge?
A: No. Exhibitors and guests must register in full for the conference.
Q: How many badges come with my exhibit booth?
A: Exhibitors receive one complimentary registration badge per booth space. All persons working the booth must register for the conference.
Q: I need to register booth staff that will not be attending the conference.
A: The conference is badge access only. All booth staff must be registered for the conference regardless of their role, and whether or not they are attending the conference. Persons without an official 2017 Specialty Pharmacy Summit badge will be turned away by security
Q: How many CE Credits can I earn for attending?
A: There are a number of sessions that offer CE Credits, and the agenda is constantly being updated.Check the agenda often for more information and number of credits offered. CE must be claimed immediately following the completion of the 2017 Specialty Pharmacy Summit.
Q: How do I book private meeting space ON the exhibit hall floor during the Asembia Specialty Pharmacy Summit?
A: Meeting space is not available on the exhibit show floor.
Q: How do I book meeting or event space NOT on the exhibit hall floor during the Asembia Specialty Pharmacy Summit?
A: If you are interested in private meeting or event space that is NOT located on the exhibit hall floor, please email your request including, date, time, and number of attendees to firstname.lastname@example.org Please note, in the interest of the success of the entire conference, attendees and exhibitors agree not to extend invitations, call meetings, or otherwise encourage absence of attendees or exhibitors from the conference or exhibit hall during the official hours of the conference and exhibit hall. Q: Do I need to pre-register for any of the scheduled seminars, business or CE sessions?
A: No, you do not need to sign-up or pre-register. All Summit lectures, seminars, business & CE sessions are open seating. We do encourage early arrival to guarantee availability of seating.
Q: What do I need to do if I am interested in participating as a speaker, or, if I want to suggest someone to speak?

Q: Will conference presentations be available?
A: Presentations will be available before, during and after the conference at speakers’ discretion.
Q: May I attend as a member of the press/media?

Q: Is the venue compliant with ADA accessibility guidelines?
A: Both Wynn and Encore Las Vegas are compliant with ADA accessibility guidelines.
Q: What is the weather like in Las Vegas in May?
A: Las Vegas in May can vary. It is typically 75°- 85°F during the day and 60°- 65°F in the evening. Both Wynn and Encore interior conference centers can be chilly. It is suggested that you dress accordingly for comfort.
Q: What is the closest airport to Las Vegas?
A: McCarran International Airport is the only airport servicing Las Vegas. It’s a 10 minute ($15-$20) cab or shuttle ride to the Wynn and Encore. It is suggested you instruct your driver to take the local route, as the highway tends to be a longer and more expensive fare. Wynn and Encore have separate entrances. Let your driver know which hotel you have reserved.
Q: Is there a mobile app for the conference?
A: Yes, the official 2017 Summit mobile app will be launched in April 2017. It will include access to the full attendee list, agenda and many more useful tools. You will need your registration confirmation number to access the mobile app.
Q: I am registered but I can't log into the Mobile App.
A: Only registered attendees can access the mobile app. You will need to get the login information from the mobile app email sent to all registered attendees. The login is your registration confirmation name and email used for conference registration.
