ABC Shirts
  • All Guests will receive an ABC Supply race shirt while in Indy.  We would like to suggest that your shirt is worn on race day to proudly show your ABC Supply spirit!

Airline Reservations
  • We will book participants to fly in and out of the Indianapolis International Airport (IND) arriving Friday, July 21st and departing Monday, July 24th.
  • Itineraries will be based on the best available schedule and fares via commercial flights.  If you have a preferred airline please note it on the Registration Form.
  • Jana Pierce is the designated ticketing agent for the Brickyard 400 Weekend. Please contact her with any flight questions or with any special travel arrangement requests.  She can be reached at (951) 461-1785 or corptrvl@yahoo.com.

Climate & Clothing
  • Summer weather in the Midwest is often unpredictable; it may be hot and humid or cool and rainy.
  • When it comes to packing, casual clothing is all you need for our weekend activities.
  • We suggest you pack clothes that can be layered. Also, pack a sweater or jacket, umbrella, sunglasses, and sunscreen. Don't forget your bathing suit for a dip in the hotel's pool.
  • Daytime: Comfortable clothing; blue jeans, Dockers or shorts.
  • Pit Tour Dress Code: Shirt and shoes must be worn at all times.
  • Evening: Casual clothing on Friday and Saturday, Smart casual (slacks and a collared shirt) on Sunday.

Driving Directions & Hotel Parking
  • Driving directions to the Hilton Indianapolis Hotel & Suites are available under the hotel tab to the left.
  • Valet & Self Parking will be paid for by ABC Supply.

Final Trip Packet
  • A packet with your final trip information will be delivered to the business address you provided on your Registration Form prior to your departure for Indianapolis.
  • This packet will include up-to-date information, a copy of your E-ticket flight itinerary, "How to Reach Us" cards, hotel information and a detailed Schedule of Events.

Hotel Check-In
  • Rooms will be available by 4:00 p.m.
  • Stop at the hotel front desk to obtain your room keys.  A photo ID will be needed. 
  • If bellmen assistance is desired your luggage will be delivered to your room by the pre-tipped bellmen.
  • Be sure to stop by the ABC Hospitality Desk located in the Main Lobby of the hotel to pick up your Welcome Packet, Name Badge, Race Tickets and Breakfast Coupons.
  • If you arrive on any other day, please check-in at the hotel Front Desk, then stop by the ABC Hospitality Desk beginning on Friday, July 21st to pick up your Welcome Packet.

Hotel Check-Out
  • Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
  • Be sure to review your personal incidental charges and check-out before you leave. 
  • You will receive a departure notice in your Welcome Packet with information regarding your return transfer time to the airport (if applicable).

  • Please click on the Itinerary tab to review the preliminary plans for the weekend.

Money Matters
  • Most businesses will accept cash, credit cards, and traveler's checks.  Please note that you will probably be asked for a photo ID when using a credit or debit card for purchases.
  • The hotel accepts cash, American Express, Diner's Club, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
  • There is an ATM machine off the hotel lobby.

Name Badges
  • Please wear your name badge at all ABC Supply activities, so that our Travel Staff can easily identify and assist you.
  • Name badges will be distributed at the ABC Hospitality Desk.

  • Please complete the On-line Registration Form to accept this invitation by Friday, June 9th.
  • If you cannot attend simply reply to the e-mail that you will not be able to make it. 
  • After reading the information found on this website, click on the Register Tab to the left to begin.
  • Be sure to indicate your preferred activity during the registration process.
  • Once the form is complete, be sure to click the Register button at the end of the form. 
  • A confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you provided within 48 hours of registration.  If you do not receive the confirmation or if you have any questions, please contact Karen Krucina at (219) 226-9204.

Room Accommodations
  • You will be sharing your accommodations with a fellow ABC associate.
  • If you have a roommate request, please fill it in on the registration form, under Hotel Reservations.
  • The hotel is 100% non-smoking.

Super Suite Located in the Tower Terrace
  • The ABC Tower Terrace Suite is located on the inside of the track, above the action packed pits.
  • Beverages will be available throughout the day, and lunch will be served here on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Your seats are in our exclusive area, which may be accessed only through the suite.

Time Difference
  • Indianapolis is in the Eastern Time Zone, which means that Illinois and some Indiana clocks are an hour apart.
  • Drivers: Please remember the time difference!
  • When it is 12:00 noon in Indianapolis, it is:

 9:00 a.m. in California / Pacific Time
10:00 a.m. in Colorado / Mountain Time
11:00 a.m. in Illinois/Wisconsin / Central Time
Traveler Photo ID
  • When traveling by air in the United States, you need to carry valid government-issued photo identification (ID).
  • A state-issued driver's license or a valid passport are both acceptable.
  • It is imperative that the name on your airline ticket matches the ID that you use on your trip.
  • The airlines now collect your middle name or middle initial, birth date, and gender when issuing tickets.
