2017 Building Member Relationships Through Sales & Service Effectiveness

Aloha and welcome to the Hawaii Credit Union League online registration.

Every member interaction is an opportunity to WOW your members by delivering outstanding service - it's also a time to uncover additional sales opportunities.  We will focus on what it takes to solidify your members loyalty and encourage them to spread the word about your credit union.  Many times we have differing options about what this actually looks like and how to accomplish it.  This two-day workshop is designed to equip your staff and leaders with the skills, behaviors, techniques and processes to engage your members at a level that builds loyalty at every member encounter and move beyond the basics to practice and gain skills that make you feel like a service and sales rock star.
