This multi-session leadership development experience draws CEO-nominated rising leaders into a cohort model to endeavor on Personal Discovery (StrengthsFinder® and DiSC® assessments), Civic Discovery (i.e. “field trips” to different cultural and civic institutions), and hear from leading figures in your city (e.g. elected officials, business leaders, thought leaders). In six sessions over three months, members of the cohort discover cross-sector perspectives and create bonds with other professionals throughout the metro area.

They know the culture – and they know the people within the organization, a critical asset when the success of a project spans multiple departments or divisions.
