Mark Rosen, CLU is President of Underwriters Brokerage Service and a Principal in The LRM Group, LLC.  Underwriters is a nearly 50-year old independent life insurance brokerage agency headquartered in Pittsburgh, assisting insurance agents and financial advisors, and The LRM Group exclusively provides objective insurance consulting and support to Fee-Based and Fee-Only Advisory firms.  Mark is currently Chairman of LifeMark Partners, the largest national  independent life insurance marketing organization, and is a Past Chairman of the National Association of Life Brokerage Agencies (NAILBA).  In addition, he has served in a variety of local industry associations over the years.  Mark is a Pittsburgh native, a graduate of Miami University of Ohio and resides in Mt. Lebanon.

Matthew H. Meade is the co-chair of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney’s Cybersecurity and Data Protection Group.  He regularly assists clients with breach response, information and records management and other areas regarding data security.  He has helped retailers, hospitality providers, educational institutions, investment advisors, banks, energy companies, county governments, law firms, a fraternal society and health care providers craft strategies and policies to keep their data safe and respond to cyber security incidents including providing assistance with investigations, communication with law enforcement, and notification to impacted individuals and appropriate regulators. He helps clients identify business risks associated with the use and storage of sensitive information.  Matt regularly advises clients on security breach notification laws and other U.S. state and federal data security requirements (including laws regarding disposal of records).  Matt drafts agreements and policies and procedures addressing issues related to data use, privacy and security and conducts training sessions related to the policies.  He also has prepared document retention and management policies and developed associated training programs.  Matt serves on the Steering Committee for the Sedona Conference Working Group 11 on Data Security and Privacy Liability, which brings “together lawyers, judges, policy makers, security experts, technologists and business leaders to identify and develop principles and best practices that will constructively resolve issues surrounding data security and privacy liability.”  Matt speaks and writes regularly on data security and is a co-chair of the ABA’s Second Annual National Institute on Cybersecurity.

Steven Ryder is the President and Founder of True North Networks, LLC.  True North is a leading national provider of managed hosting, technology and security services within the financial services industry.  In 2015, True North launched SecureWorkplace®, a suite of cybersecurity services designed to reduce the likelihood of a successful cyber-attack on their clients.  Prior to starting True North, Mr. Ryder worked in the financial services industry serving as Vice President of two banks, managing relationships with Fannie Mae’s largest New England clients, and was the CFO of the largest real estate company in New Hampshire.  Steven speaks at varies venues throughout the country each year on cybersecurity.

Robert D. Nestor, Managing Director and Head of US iShares Strategic Product Segments including smart beta and "next generation fixed income' product, responsible for driving commercial strategy in these areas. Prior to this role, Mr. Nestor was Head of iShares Product Strategy for BlackRock's U.S. Wealth Advisory (USWA) business. In this role, Mr. Nestor oversaw product prioritization, and driving cross-functional support for the distribution of the iShares ETF product line in USWA. Before assuming this role, Mr. Nestor held various different leadership roles in the ETF business including Head of US Product and Channel Marketing, Head of RIA & Institutional Channel Strategy, and Head of Product & Portfolio Consulting.

Before joining BlackRock in 2007, Mr. Nestor spent 16 years at The Vanguard Group working in a variety of product and business development roles in both the retail and institutional divisions. In his last role he ran business, product and marketing development for the Institutional Asset Management business. Before that, He led Vanguard's strategic business development in the area of retiree advice, product and service development. Before assuming this role, Rob led Vanguard's Annuity & Insurance Services.

Mr. Nestor is a CFA Charterholder. He holds an M.B.A. from Drexel University in Finance - Investment Management and B.S. in Economics from the University of Delaware. He is also a member of the Financial Analysts of Philadelphia and the CFA Institute.

Mr. Nestor also co-authored two papers while at Vanguard:
