This ticket provides guest admission to the Thursday evening Welcome Reception. Guests may not attend workshops.

A Guest Meal Package is available for your spouse, partner or significant other.  This package includes admission to the conference breakfasts, lunches, and Thursday evening Welcome Reception.  Guests may not attend workshops.


CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellation requests must be made via the registration system, fax or e-mail. Cancellations must be received by 5:00 pm on Friday, July 14th, 2017 for a partial refund. (A cancellation fee of $35 will be assessed to cover administrative costs.)

SUBSTITUTIONS
Registration substitutions are welcome without penalty at any time.

REFUNDS
Registration fees will not be refunded for cancellations received after July 14, 2017. We regret that we cannot offer refunds for “no shows”. Registration substitutions can be made at any time without penalty.
