HOTEL RESERVATIONSGrand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa reservation deadline is February 24, 2017. The special group rate will be extended to member credit unions, associate members, and qualified vendors. Hotel reservations made after the deadline will be accommodated on a space available basis. Payments are made directly with the hotel.

Pre-Convention Sessions will be held concurrently on Thursday, April 6, 2017 from 1:30-3:00 pm and 3:15-4:45 pm. Interested attendees must pre-register for these free sessions.
Name Badge is required for admission to all educational sessions, exhibit hall during exhibit hours, Friday and Saturday continental breakfasts.
Meal Packages Registration includes a convention bag with materials, name badge for access to exhibit hall and educational sessions, Friday and Saturday continental breakfasts, and selected meal package.
Guest Registration excludes convention bag and educational sessions. Includes name badge for access to exhibit hall, Friday and Saturday continental breakfasts, and Friday Dinner Banquet.
Optional Registration - do not include a convention bag with materials, name badge, access to exhibit hall, educational sessions, Friday and Saturday continental breakfasts.
Registration Deadline - registration forms must be received by Friday, February 24, 2017. Registration forms received after that date will be accommodated on a space available basis only.
Refunds will be processed after the convention, less a $25.00 processing fee per registration and all requests must be received in writing no later than February 24, 2017. Cancellations are non-refundable after February 24, however substitutions are welcome at any time. All requests for refunds and substitutions must be sent to Wendy Kishida at HCUL via fax at 808.945.0019 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Verbal requests will not be processed.
