Today, TRI Pointe Group represents a family of six premium local homebuilders in eight states and fifteen markets and was recognized as 2014 Developer of the Year, 2015 Builder of the Year and 2016 Best Places to Work. Doug is a member of the Policy Advisory Board of the Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies and is actively involved in the Leading Builders of America organization. Dan Bridleman is Senior Vice President of Sustainability, Technology and Strategic Sourcing at KB Home. In his major leadership role, Foley is responsible for spearheading strategic planning, maximizing investment opportunities and successfully resolving management issues in California's premier markets, including the Bay Area, Sacramento, Los Angeles and San Diego. As a key member of the company's Southern California management team, Foley lends his expert guidance and support to Housing and Land operations throughout the region.

Foley has been an integral part of the Brookfield Residential Southern California's Sr. Executive Team since 1996, and previously served as Senior Development Manager for Taylor Woodrow Homes where he was instrumental in the development of numerous award-winning neighborhoods in Orange, San Diego and Los Angeles Counties.

Eric Lipar became chief executive officer of LGI Homes in 2009 and has served as chairman of the board since July 2013. Previously, he served as the president from 2003 until 2009. Eric has been in the residential land development business since the mid-1990s and is one of the founders of LGI Homes. He has overseen land acquisition, development and the sales since LGI Homes' inception. Through his in-depth work experience, he has obtained a broad background in all aspects of residential construction, development, financing, sales and marketing. His responsibility for the overall strategic leadership of LGI Homes includes working closely with key executives to establish, implement and direct LGI's long-range goals, strategies and policies. Eric currently serves on the Residential Neighborhood Development Council for the Urban Land Institute.

Sheryl Palmer is the president and chief executive officer of Taylor Morrison Home Corporation, a leading national homebuilder and developer based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Since 2007, Ms. Palmer has overseen a highly experienced leadership team in several key national homebuilding markets. With more than 25 years of hands-on building experience, including leadership in land acquisition, sales and marketing, development and operations management, Ms. Palmer has been able to lead Taylor Morrison into the top ranks of American's largest public homebuilders, following the company's IPO in 2013.
Currently, Ms. Palmer is implementing a new business strategy focused on expanding the company's U.S. footprint. As part this initiative, Taylor Morrison sold its Canadian business to Mattamy Homes in late 2014. In 2015, Taylor Morrison successfully acquired JEH Homes in Atlanta, Georgia and the Chicago, Charlotte and Raleigh divisions of Orleans homes, marking the company's entrance into four new major metropolitan markets. Earlier this year, Taylor Morrison also acquired Acadia Homes another homebuilder in Atlanta.

Charles Schetter is Chief Executive Officer of Smith Douglas Homes, the largest private builder in the Atlanta market, third largest in the nation, with home closings of 665 in 2016, $150 million in revenue and backlog in place to achieve 1,000 closings in 2017. Scott D. Stowell serves as Executive Chairman of the Board for CalAtlantic Group, Inc. one of the nation's leading publicly traded homebuilders. Stowell was instrumental in the creation of CalAtlantic Group Inc. which was formed through the merging of industry icons Standard Pacific Corp. and Ryland Group, Inc.
For almost three decades, he has contributed to the achievements that distinguished Standard Pacific Homes as an industry leader. Stowell was named Director, Chief Executive Officer and President in January 2012. He was named President in March 2011. Prior to that he served as Chief Operating Officer from May 2007 to March 2011, President of the Southern California Region from September 2002 to May 2007 and President of our Orange County division from April 1996 to September 2002.
