2017 IWDC Owners' Meeting


Every IWDC Member Company receives two (2) no-charge attendee registrations for our annual Owners’ Meeting covered in part by annual dues. Any registrant after the two (2) no-charge registrants will be charged the $255.00 registration fee with an exception of children under the age of eighteen (18).

All Owners' Meeting attendees are required to be registered so that we can plan appropriately for food & beverage, optional events, transportation and space requirements. This includes spouses, children or other guests.

It is up to the Member Company to decide who uses the two (2) no-charge registrations. The no-charge attendees will need to be registered FIRST, then the rest of a Member Company's attendees can be added to the same Meeting Attendee Admission Ticket.

IMPORTANT: In an attempt to get the most accurate numbers, please check all the items on the agenda section of the registration that you plan to attend. Member Company’s attendees such as spouse, children or other guests that will be attending only the optional events, opening reception, and closing dinner must be registered to attend!


Cancellation Policy

1. All cancellations must be sent by e-mail to jenne@iwdc.coop or in writing.
2. Cancellations received on or before Friday October 13, 2017 will be refunded, minus a $50 administrative fee.
3. Cancellations received after Friday October 13, 2017 are non-refundable.

Payments by Check: If paying by check please make checks out to Independent Welding Distributors Cooperative and mail to the address 6331 E. 30th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46219 with the attention to Jen Schwartz. Please submit checks by October 13th.
