Full Conference Registration includes the Opening Conference Reception on March 20; the full-day conference on March 21, including breakfast and lunch; and the Conference Dinner the same evening.

$190 The Golf Tournament at the Slammer & Squire course includes green and cart fees, continental breakfast, a post tournament lunch and prizes. You do not have to register for the Conference to play in the Tournament; however, Conference registrants will take precedence over non-conference registrants if the Tournament sells out.

This ticket is appropriate if you do not register for the Conference, but would like to attend the Opening Conference Reception on Monday, March 20 at the World Golf Village Resort, or to bring a spouse or guest to this Reception. (Full Conference registrants already receive this ticket as part of their registration.)
 
Conference 
 Dinner Ticket
$90 This ticket is appropriate if you do not register for the Conference, but would like to attend the Conference Dinner on Tuesday, March 21 at the World Golf Village Resort, or to bring a spouse or friend to this Dinner. (Full Conference registrants already receive this ticket as part of their registration.) This is a FUN networking event with casual dress, great food and an open bar. It is a great way to close out the Conference before the next morning's Golf Tournament.

 Port Tour
No charge The Port Tour is intended for out-of-town Conference registrants only. The tour is free, but RSVP is required by March 13. Security requires every participant to bring a government issue ID (e.g. driver license or passport). To sign up for the Port Tour, please register for the Conference and add the Port Tour option.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

All requests for cancellation must be made in writing and sent to kcrawford@cmc-associates.com. A $50 administrative fee will be charged for all registration cancellations made until March 13, 2017. Cancellation of additional Opening Conference Reception tickets, Conference Dinner tickets, the Guest/Spouse Excursion and the Golf Tournament will be fully refunded until March 13, 2017. After March 13, 2017 no refunds will be issued.
