Single Occupancy: $1,380.00 per person Double Occupancy: $940 .00 per person (cost per person for 2 people sharing one room) Triple Occupancy: $500.00 per person (cost per person for 3 people sharing one room)
Tour cost includes hotel, tour, breakfast, lunches, dinners and charter bus
Payment Schedule and Penalty:
Payment in full is required upon registration.
Please include the attendees name on or with the payment.
-Cancelling between the date of booking and June 12th will result in a $250 penalty per person.-
-NO REFUNDS after Monday, June 12th.-
-Only online registration will be accepted for booking.-
-Verbal or phone reservations cannot be accepted.-
-Space is limited and will be confirmed on a first come, first served basis.-
-The tour may fill before the published deadline date.
-Once all spots have filled, the registration portion of the website will close.-
Arrival Day, Hotel Check-In:
Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
If you arrive at the hotel prior to check in time, hotel bellmen will be happy to store your luggage until your room is available.
Please make sure you are back at the hotel for the welcome dinner Sunday evening.
Your hotel rooms and tax are prepaid for June 18 - 23.
Any charges for pre or post stay are the responsibility of the guest.
During check-in you will be asked to put a credit card on file for any hotel room incidentals.
A major credit card, not debit card, is recommended for this purpose.
