Shuttle Information

**Shuttle Service will begin at 0630 Thursday Morning. Buses will run on a constant circuit throughout the  symposium. Approximate time from DoubleTree to The Yard will be 25-30 minutes (including stop at Stadium parking, traffic dependent)**
A Shuttle service will run from the following locations to USNA during the conference:
-Navy Marine Corps Memorial Stadium
-The Annapolis Doubletree Hotel
-Alumni Hall parking lot (on the USNA campus)

**All riders must present identification when boarding the shuttle.**

In order to reduce morning commute times, we have added an additional bus for the morning shuttle routes to the conference.  However, since traffic at the gate is beyond our control, anyone who might have concerns about travel times is encouraged to arrive early for the morning shuttle.

REGISTRATION FOR FOOD EVENTS

Final counts will go to the caterers for all dining events (Thursday luncheon and Thursday museum reception) on August 31, 2017.  Attendance is limited and usually fills up quickly. If you did not make the registration, but would like to sign up for the Waitlists, you may do so on the registration site. A few spaces may open up on a case-by-case basis.
