Fees and Payment

You will be able to pay immediately via our secure server using your credit card. Online payment will immediately guarantee your available conference selections. If you prefer, you may register online and mail a check to the MQ Office. Make your check payable to Minnesota Quilters, Inc. If paying by check, your class or event spot will be held for one week following registration or until payment is received, whichever occurs first. Please mail a copy of your registration confirmation along with your check.

Refund Policy

Cancellation of Pre-Show Registration: Refunds will be according to the following schedule

On or before Saturday, March 11, 2017 75% of all fees for classes, lectures and special events will be refunded. No refund of registration fee or optional cancellation insurance.

Sunday, March 12 through Saturday, April 8, 2017: 50% of all fees for classes, lectures and special events will be refunded. No refund of registration fee or optional cancellation insurance.

Sunday, April 9 through Thursday, May 25, 2017: No refunds unless cancellation insurance has been purchased.

Cancellation insurance expires at end of the day, Thursday, May 25, 2017, at 12:00 (midnight).

Cancellation Insurance

Cancellation insurance is optional and may be purchased for $20. This insurance guarantees a full refund for classes, lectures and special events if you cancel before May 25, 2017. The registration fee and the insurance fee will not be refunded. Insurance must be purchased when registering. If you have the insurance and wish to cancel, you must notify the registrar on or before May 25, 2017, in writing. Cancellation may be sent to the MQ office through the postal service or by email to: registration2017@mnquilt.org. No refunds will be made for cancellations after May 25, 2017.
