Morning Keynote Address
Congressman Andy Barr (R-KY) will extend a welcome to our international guests and share his appreciation for Thoroughbred breeding and racing as a representative of Kentucky, a state with deep ties to international breeding and racing. He is also expected to acknowledge the support of the International Federation of Horseracing Authorities (IFHA) for its membership in the Coalition for Horse Racing Integrity and its support for federal legislation involving medication reform.

The Horseplayer Perspective
Sports Information Group / Daily Racing Form's Chairman and CEO John Hartig will present the results of a series of
polls to international and U.S. horseplayers on their impressions, opinions,
and requests for international and U.S. racing. Betfred Group's Chief Commercial Officer Phil
Siers and Racing Post Chief Executive and Editor-in-Chief Alan Byrne will join Mr. Hartig to discuss international markets and their bettors.

Presentation by the Korea Racing Authority
Yang-Tae Park, executive director, Korean Racing Authority, highlights the past, the present, and the exciting future of
horse racing in Korea. A global player in turnover and now holding an expansive
foothold on breeding, the Korean racing industry is set for growth on the
international stage. In 2018, Korea is set to host the 37th Asian Racing
Conference and all are welcome to take in the country's culture and passion for racing.

number of racecourses around the world have attacked this challenge of
upgrading older facilities with amenities for racing's diverse audience. Paul

Evan Hammonds, managing director of BloodHorse, will sit down with Jon Miller, president, Programming, NBC Sports, to learn the network's approach to broadcasting racing and how it compares to their presentation of
other sports, such as NFL, the Olympics and soccer. Jon will provide his view on
international sports and their strategy
for broadcasting to the U.S. audience.

Racetrack executives discuss marketing to different
segments of racing fans and bettors, across its everyday fixtures and big

pressing issues for the Latin American region. Horacio Esposito, director, LARC, to
moderate. Panelists: Carlo Rossi, president of OSAF (the Latin American Organization for the Promotion of Thoroughbreds) and of Valparaiso Sporting Club; Hernan Ceriani, owner of his family farm, Haras La Quebrada; and Guillermo Liberman, founder and partner of LARC.
Ensuring the Integrity of
The biggest threat to racing integrity and its long term
viability is the use of performance enhancing drugs, the lack of harmony in
the medication rules among jurisdictions, and the proficiency of its testing.
Moderator, Joe Gorajec, former executive director of the Indiana Horse
Racing Commission and noted leader on racing integrity leads a discussion on
how racetracks and regulators can face this issue through the adoption of
proactive security, enhanced testing, and the adoption of new legislation in
the United States. Panelists: Louis Romanet, chairman, International Federation of Horseracing Authorities; Mayra Frederico, superintendent, ABCPCC - Brazilian Breeders and Owners Association; and United States Anti-Doping Association representative, Larry Bowers.

Keynote Speech: Belinda Stronach
Stronach Group Chairman and President Belinda Stronach will detail the organization's vision and outlook on its racing
ventures and recap the inaugural running of the Pegasus World Cup, the
world's richest horse race. Stronach will give her take on the challenges and
opportunities for racing both domestically and internationally.
