The Penn State Ag Council is pleased to invite you to the fourteenth annual College of Ag Sciences Research Tour.

This tour will focus on food safety and quality in the development of new products and new markets and will take a closer look at fermentation of hard cider and craft beer, specialty meats, industrial hemp, and much more!

Food Safety is of critical importance and affects both rural and urban areas, as it is directly tied to the quality, quantity and availability of our food supply as well as the health and well being of consumers in these communities. Join us to learn more about maintaining the quality and safety of specialty products in the market place.
