1) We have secured the closest hotels to the venue, including the Team USA Host Hotel, that is located just over a 1 mile from the venue and about a 15-20 minute walk.
2) USAT/Event Travel Management has done a site visit of Penticton and the area hotels to ensure the quality of the hotel and surrounding area is up to USA Triathlon standards.
3) Ability to meet other team members and be in the hub of activities.
4) Event Travel Management will help staff the Team USA desk and provide daily updates, information on activities and can relay any schedule updates or changes. We are the first to know of any updates from Team USA.
5) An Event Travel Management hospitality desk will be set up at Ramada Penticton and will be available for those that book an Event Travel Management package should you have any questions or need anything.
