Complimentary registration is available to credentialed press (i.e., professional reporters, journalists, editors, writers, news photographers, producers and online editors) who work for a publication, news service, broadcast outlet or news site that is regularly issued and published primary for the dissemination of news. Please submit your contact information to Allison Kramer-Mills at firstname.lastname@example.org. A Press pass will provide access to all Conference sessions and luncheons, but no evening functions. A ticket for evening functions may be purchased separately. Press credentials will be verified. Should you wish to attend the full conference, including the Pollie Awards Gala Dinner, please register as an attendee. In order to facilitate the free exchange of ideas and candid discussion, all Conference sessions are deemed “Off the Record.” Press may contact individual speakers for express permission for quotes after the fact.
A limited number of VIP seating at the Award Ceremony are available for $3,000, including a $1,800 charitable tax-deduction for the AAPC Foundation. Includes special recognition in program and prime, reserved seating for 8. Seats are made available at discretion of Table Host and may include both registered and non-registered Pollie Conference attendees. All guests must have proper credentials in order to attend the event.
Cancelations must be received in writing. A processing fee of $100 will be charged for cancelations received by February 24, 2017. No refunds will be issued for cancelations received after February 24. 2017. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Substitutions are welcome in lieu of cancelation anytime.
