Ken’s firm, Strategic Telemetry developed the predictive models that propelled then-Senator Barack Obama to a dramatic victory over Hillary Clinton in the Democratic primaries, and then a historic winning campaign for the White House. In 2016 Ken’s firm provided microtargeting and data management services for the Bernie Sanders campaign.In addition to these presidential campaigns, Ken’s firms have provided analytic guidance to hundreds of statewide and congressional races and international campaigns on four continents. Before joining U.S. Senator Pat Toomey's successful 2016 re-election bid in Pennsylvania as Digital Director in 2015, Colin Surguine (pronounced Sur-guy- ine) began his career in the B2B publishing industry where he developed his knowledge of content marketing and data analytics. Colin, an alumnus of Baylor University, grew up in Singapore and served two years of National Service in an artillery unit.
