2017 SBTC Annual Meeting Childcare

Important Notes for Parents!

Childcare will be available from the Monday Evening session through the Tuesday evening session.

Check in is always within 1/2 hour prior to the beginning of each SBTC Annual Meeting session. Pick up is always within 1/2 hour after the session.

Please be sure to check the Schedule page to see what time the Childcare Sessions begin/end to assure you drop off/pick up your child in a timely manner.

Preschool Childcare
For newborns through 4-year-olds
Parents must provide meals, snacks, and drinks.
 
School Age Childcare
For grades Kindergarten-3rd grade
Parents will pick up children from childcare for all meals.

SBTC Church Ministries Department will be handling ALL childcare registration, check-in, and checkout procedures.

PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Pre-registration ends on FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 10 AT 11:59 AM (noon)To assure your child is registered correctly, registrations must be submitted by the deadline. Once the registration process is complete, a confirmation will be sent to you via email according to the address given at the time of registration. Please plan ahead as you may be asked to complete other paperwork for your children once you arrive at the respective Annual Meeting check-in desk.
