We have a select number of State Rate rooms blocked for State Employees; ask for the State Employee TRC rate. The rooms are on a first come first served basis, and it is the responsibility of the attendee to coordinate the rate with the Hilton Waco and provide the appropriate tax exempt form and any additional required paperwork.
