Please review the Final Manual as well as the summary of the event(s) your hotel has been confirmed to participate. This shall serve as confirmation of your hotel’s participation in Tradeshows & Special Events for the year 2016.
If your hotel is not listed as participating in a Tradeshow or Event that was requested, it is due to limited availability, and you have been placed on a wait list (please review the waitlist tab). We will make every effort to accommodate your request and the Hilton person in charge will contact you if space becomes available.
Please remember that the 2016 event budgets have been finalized based on the sign up form submitted by your hotel and no deletions or cancellations will be permitted. Please contact Beatrice.firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
