The global expansion of meetings means there is a greater need for focus on diversity and inclusiveness when it comes to meetings and event.
By definition diversity is “...the inclusion of different types of people in a group or organization…”, and the diversity of an organization is generally reflected in the organization’s events and meetings.
This interactive, facilitated session helps to encourage and expand the diversity of meetings and events through brainstorming and informative discussion. The discussion addresses not only gender and race, but the nine (9) other forms of diversity seen in society.
