Our 2017 Xploration Tour speakers will delve into the “latest trends and best practices in Customer Communications,” sharing where they see the industry going as well as what they have learned dealing with their own CCM strategy. Why is CCM important? How does a company get started? What are some of the “best practices” when implementing a Customer Communications Management strategy?
Whether a company already has or is looking to implement and/or enhance their CCM strategy, our speakers can provide insight and direction.
This one-day event features seven sessions including an analyst industry overview, five educational sessions and a final speaker panel discussion addressing best practices and technologies that drive Customer Communications.
The day begins with registration, a continental breakfast and informal networking before the sessions commence. The last session of the day will be an interactive “speaker panel” offering an opportunity for attendees to delve deeper and discuss their Customer Communications challenges and views with speakers.
