Important Deadlines and Information

IMPORTANT DEADLINES AND INFORMATION:

3/31/17 All Reservations and Rooming Lists must be received by our office. Please note cancellations made after 3/31/17 will result in a one night's room and tax non-refundable penalty.

5/1/17

Last day to make minor changes with our office. Call hotel directly after this date.
72 hours     Changes must be made at least 72 hours prior to your check-in date. 

ROOMING LISTS:

If you booked a team block, you have two options for managing the block:

 

  1. Have parents call us directly and book within your block. Please instruct parents to call YMCA Competitive Sports Housing at 850-224-7167 and provide the name of the coach or coordinator on the block. They will need to provide credit card information to reserve the room. 
  2. Provide us with a rooming list. Alternatively, you can submit a rooming list to us with all of the guest information for each room. You may upload this document securely by logging in, clicking "My Information" on the left and then on the "Housing" tab, click the "Update Information/Upload Rooming List" button. You may email the rooming list instead, but DO NOT include credit card information if you choose to email the document. You or the parents will need to call us directly to provide credit card information over the phone.

 

AGAIN THIS YEAR: In an effort to make sure our hotels don’t receive a large number of last minute cancellations, as we have experienced in the past, all rooms booked through YMCA Competitive Sports Housing will be charged one night room and tax after the rooming list deadline of March 31, 2017. As always, modifications can still be made to your reservation after that date, but should you choose to cancel your room(s) past the deadline, the one night room and tax is non-refundable.
