Please note, we have rooms blocked for Wednesday and Thursday nights only (check-in on 4/19 through check-out on 4/21). Any request for rooms before or after those dates are subject to availability. Room type requests are not guaranteed. You will receive a confirmation number directly from the hotel. Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance. Our discounted rate for a standard room for Wednesday and Thursday night is $249/night.
An opportunity for today’s senior living finance professionals and industry leaders to discuss and learn key strategies and tactics for strengthening operations, improving market positioning, and advancing strategic development and repositioning opportunities. Organizations have largely rebounded from the past several years of economic challenges and the timing has never been better for growth. New community projects are on the rise again, many providers are in the midst of expansions and campus repositionings and others are exploring affiliation options. Attendees will walk away better informed, will have a stronger peer network group and will have the information necessary to move forward with organizational growth and long-term stability.
Each conference attendee must register for BOTH the conference and for the hotel. This is a two-step registration process.

Once your conference registration is complete, please follow the link in your confirmation email to make your hotel reservation. This website will allow you to make and manage your own hotel reservation online. The website to book your hotel reservation will not be emailed to you without a completed conference registration form. Register by Monday, April 10, 2017, to ensure that you will receive Ziegler's discounted rate of $249/night, plus taxes and fees.
Please note the hotel cancellation policy:
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or
guaranteed with a major credit card, which will not be charged prior to 72 hours of arrival.
