Mini-Grant Payment Timeline:

  • The target date for the first payment is December 19, 2018. The first payment will be awarded to the district/school and is based on student registration numbers as of November 21, 2018.
    • To receive the first payment, all schools must submit a W-9 with the district and school name. The W-9 must be submitted by November 1, 2018 via fax or snail mail.
  • The second payment, made to the Team Advisor, is based on the following:
    • The number of students who submit Mission Folders by February 20, 2019.
    • The completion of an eCYBERMISSION Survey and Teacher Report. Team Advisors will be eligible to receive payment after Mission Folder Submission is completed successfully and report is submitted.
    • Teachers also have the option of requesting that the second payment be sent to the school or district. The targeted 2nd payment date is by May 1, 2019.
