This two-day seminar offers topics relevant to beginning practitioners as well as experienced advisors who work in the area of estate planning and administration. As usual, the program contains sessions on recent developments in Louisiana and federal law, professionalism, and ethics. Other topics include: Planning Charitable Tax Deductions; Drafting; Income Tax after the 2017 Act; Partnerships; Section 199A; Estate and Trusts in Litigation; and a History of Trusts in Louisiana.
