The 5th annual Clean Label Conference (March 27-28, 2018, Itasca, Illinois, USA) is the industry’s technical product development summit dedicated to providing practical, impartial and “how-to” formulation advice to R&D and applied food scientists striving to create simplified ingredient labels.

The 2018 program will feature over 22 presentations, including 10 expert, non-supplier aligned general session speakers on key clean label ingredient technologies, regulatory updates and consumer trend insights. Three Application Briefs on sodium reduction efforts while guided by clean label parameters will be given.

Additionally, jury-selected Technology Snapshot presentations will provide information on new clean label ingredients assisting in the formulation of safe, convenient, sensory-pleasing foods and beverages.

 

Networking during Clean Label Conference Tabletop exhibits

Beyond its focus on providing practical, actionable information for attendees, Global Food Forums' Clean Label Conference is structured to provide relaxing networking opportunities.
