Question: How do I register?
Answer:

To register for the 13th Annual Conference on Crimes Against Women, simply click on the "Register Now" button at bottom of this page.  Visit our website for more information-  www.conferencecaw.org.


You may register more than one individual, but please know that a separate and unique e-mail must be used for each individual.  This address will receive all communications regarding the conference.  If you would like additional e-mail addresses to receive these communications, please provide the additional address in the "CC E-mail Address" field during the registration process.


Question: What is included in the Workshop Pass fee?
Answer:

The Full Workshop Pass fee includes 3-1/2 days of workshops, case studies and computer labs, continental breakfast Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings, beverage service and amazing networking opportunities including Monday night's Black Jack and Beer (appetizers and entertainment are included and drinks are available for purchase through a cash bar).

The Two-Day Workshop Pass fee includes Monday and Tuesday full days of workshops, case studies and computer labs, continental breakfast Monday & Tuesday, beverage service and amazing networking opportunities including Monday night's Black Jack and Beer (appetizers and entertainment are included and drinks are available for purchase through a cash bar).

Jana's Campaign Campus Summit fee includes Monday and Tuesday full days of campus safety workshops and case studies, continental breakfast Monday & Tuesday, beverage service and amazing networking opportunities including Monday night's Black Jack and Beer (appetizers and entertainment are included and drinks are available for purchase through a cash bar).

Question: Is a group discount available?
Answer: Yes there is. Groups of 5 or more registrants that register at the same time will automatically receive a $25 discount for each registration. To register separately, please contact us at director@conferencecaw.org for a discount code.
Question: What is the deadline for early registration?
Answer:

Full workshop passes:  

The Conference on Crimes Against Women is pleased to offer special, discounted rate of $460.00 for those that register before midnight on Friday, February 16thIf registering a group of 5 or more, the discounted group rate will be $435.00 per registrant.

Registrations made after February 16th will receive the regular Conference rate of $490.00.  Groups of 5 or more will receive the group rate of $465.00.

Two Day passes:

The Conference on Crimes Against Women is pleased to offer special, discounted rate of $350.00 for two day passes for those that register before midnight on Friday, February 16th If registering a group of 5 or more, the discounted group rate will be $325.00 per registrant.

Registrations made after February 16th will receive the regular Conference rate of $375.00.  Groups of 5 or more will receive the group rate of $350.00.

Jana's Campaign Campus Safety Summit:

The Conference on Crimes Against Women in is pleased to offer a 2-day Campus Safety Summit hosted by Jana's Campaign. Registration for the campus safety summit will be $250.00 per registrant. We are unable to offer group or early bird rates for this option. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: For all registration options, a purchase order or payment MUST be on file by Friday, February 16th. Those who register after Friday, February 16th will need to provide payment or purchase order within (5) days of registering. 

 

Question: What payment methods are acceptable?
Answer:

We accept most credit cards, checks and purchase orders.

Question: When do I need to pay?
Answer:

Registration fees must be PAID IN FULL or have a purchase order on file, prior to the start of the Conference.  If you have not paid, you will be asked for payment IN FULL or provide a purchase order upon check-in.

Purchase orders are contractual obligations issued by the attendee's organization as promise to pay.

Question: Where do I send my payment or purchase order?
Answer:

Please make your check payable to "Conference on Crimes Against Women" with the registrant's name clearly marked.

PLEASE NOTE: For all registration options, a purchase order or payment MUST be on file by Friday, February 16th. Those who register after Friday, February 16th will need to provide payment or purchase order within (5) days of registering. 

 You will not be admitted into the conference without a purchase order or payment on file.

Question: How do I get information and/or make reservations for the Conference Hotel?
Answer:

To get details on the Dallas Sheraton Hotel, our Conference Hotel please go to our website: http://www.conferencecaw.org/venue/hotel-accommodations

There, you will find a direct link to the Sheraton Hotel reservation site, specifically for CCAW attendees.
Hurry though, as rooms are limited!


Question: Can I substitute one attendee for another?
Answer:
Transfer of registration to another person may be done without penalty via the online registration site. There are no fees associated with the transfer, however, the substitution must be requested before April 9, 2018. Use your confirmation email and confirmation number to re-enter your registration pages. 
 
If you have any difficulties, please contact our conference staff by email or call 214-389-7710 in order to make a substitution. Be sure to include the name of the individual who will no longer be attending as well as the name of the new registrant. info@conferencecaw.org

 

Question: Help, I need to cancel! What is the cancellation policy? Do I receive a refund?
Answer:

If you need to cancel your conference registration, you may do so, without penalty by February 16, 2018. Cancellations made on or before February 16, 2018 will receive a full refund. 

After February 16, 2018, if you are registered for the conference we incur expenses on your behalf and full payment is expected. 

You are required to pay IN FULL if you are registered after February 16, 2018 whether or not you attend. 

If you have paid your registration and not informed us of a cancellation on or before February 16, 2018 and do not attend, NO REFUND will be given.

Please note, you MAY substitute another qualified attendee in your place without additional fees. Please contact us atdirector@conferencecaw.org for assistance with substitutions. You may also make substitutions with your confirmation number (on your confirmation email) by re-entering the online registration process.

Should you need to cancel your registration, you may do so with your confirmation number (on your confirmation email) by re-entering the online registration process.
