SUMMIT IN THE CITY First of all, there's no hotel or convention center.
Midtown Manhattan is our neighborhood, and Broadway is our Main Street. Times Square is our front yard. The TKTS booth is our concierge, and there are always taxis at the front door. We've got more bars, restaurants, newsstands, and gift shops than you could ever visit. Need a candy bar? The M&M's Store is across the street on the weekend. Want to see a Broadway show (40 theaters)? Well, you get the idea.
HOW WILL IT WORK? It's simpler than you might think.
Each morning of the Summit, you'll arrive at a conference center, creative arts studio, or college/university classroom, depending on which session(s) you choose; there is no need to move among sites during the day. You'll be at a single location for the whole day, each day that you attend. On the weekend, our Times Square location hosts all the shorter sessions (papers, panels, workshops), and has open seating, so you can move among sessions as needed. We simply ask that you register for those sessions you expect to attend, so we can assign room sizes accordingly.
SO, WHERE'S THE SUMMIT? Drive and park, walk, take the bus, taxi, train, or subway to these Summit venues.
Venues for all sessions are listed on the SESSIONS pages of this website under the name of every session
