Welcome to Wildflower Pilgrimage Leadership RSVP and Registration

Please read carefully and follow steps provided.

  • Please complete the following Registration and Questions to participate in this years Pilgrimage Leader Program.
  • Detailed communication will follow confirming all information once final program is confirmed.
  • Guest Registration:  Each leader may bring one guest.  Complimentary guest code will be provided for guest to complete registration process and any walks they would like to participate in.  Please enter their information when indicated.
  • Children:  Please enter their information when indicated. Housing:  We will make reservations for you at either Arrowmont or some other alternative housing (e.g., hotel room, chalet, other rental properties). We do not yet know how many people can stay at Arrowmont, but all meals will be served there, if you choose to dine with the group.
  • Meals:  Regardless of whether you are staying at Arrowmont, a local hotel, alternative rental property, or on your own, meals will be served at Arrowmont, if you choose to dine with the group. Please select the number of meals you will need at each meal. *

*As before, you will be responsible for any additional family members or guests. Reservations and payment for extra guests must be made in advance to Arrowmont School and ARE NOT TO BE INCLUDED ON THE PILGRIMAGE ACCOMMODATIONS FORM. Event Summary

Join us for the 68th Annual Spring Wildflower Pilgrimage offers 148 programs over four days during the peak of the spring flowering season in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Professionally guided walks and indoor presentations explore the region’s rich natural and cultural resources.
Most programs are conducted on the trails in the park, while indoor programs are presented in the Mills Conference Center and GSMNP Sugarlands Training Room. All programs are held rain or shine. 
The pilgrimage headquarters is at Mills Conference Center in Gatlinburg, Tennessee where participants pick up pre-registration packets, register on-site, attend indoor programs, and meet for van departures.

  • Online Registration begins March 1 at 8:00 am and closes April 18, 2018 at 9:00 AM.  After online registration closes, all changes and new registrations will be processed at onsite registration beginning at 5 pm on Tuesday,April 24 at the Mills Conference Center in Gatlinburg, Tennessee.  
  • You must check in at the Onsite Registration Desk at Mills Conference Center to pick up your official 2018 Spring Wildflower Pilgrimage nametag, printed brochure and event schedule before your first scheduled event.
  • Each person in your party needs a separate registration. Individuals can register separately, or one person can register everyone together with a combined payment. 
  • Please utilize your confirmation number provided to make any changes to your registration prior to your arrival.  
  • Cancellation Policy:  We appreciate your support of this event.  Due to financial commitments to vendors, sponsors and facilities refunds are NOT provided and fees will be used as a contribution to help support this event.
