2018 Mountain West Annual Meeting & Convention: Exhibit Hall / Sponsorships


Mountain West Credit Union Association invites you to be part of their 2018 Annual Meeting & Convention.  We invite you to participate through one of the many sponsorship opportunities*, exhibiting in the vendor hall, and spending time networking with credit union executives from Arizona, Colorado, and Wyoming.

Exhibitors and sponsors benefit from attending this annual event because they get a great return on their investment.  The conference includes an exhibit hall, breakout sessions, keynote sessions, luncheons, receptions, and a golf tournament benefiting the Mountain West Foundation.  Last year, more than 275 credit union professionals and directors from 55 credit unions throughout Arizona, Colorado and Wyoming attended the Mountain West Annual Meeting & Convention.  We look forward to your participation in 2018.

The 2018 Annual Meeting & Convention will be held at the elegant Five-Star, Five-Diamond Broadmoor Resort in Colorado Springs, CO.

CURRENTLY, THE BROADMOOR IS SOLD OUT OVER OUR CONFERENCE DATES. Please call the hotel and request to be placed on the wait list or book a reservation with one of the options listed below.

Special Rates for MWCUA Convention Room Block
A special rate of $220/night (+ taxes, PIF and resort fee) for a Single/Double run of house room is available to conference attendees until March 30, 2018 for single/double occupancy standard rooms or until the room block is filled.  After March 30, 2018 rooms will be available on a rate and space available basis.  The room block typically fills prior to the March 30, 2018 deadline.  Please make your room reservations as early as possible.  To make a reservation, call the hotel reservations department at 1-800-634-7711; be sure to mention you are with the “Mountain West Credit Union Association” group to receive the preferred conference rate.  To make changes or cancellations to your hotel reservation, you must contact the hotel directly.

Hotel Parking:
Valet and self-parking is available at The Broadmoor for a fee.

Resort Fee:
All guest rooms are charged a daily resort fee. By registering in the group block, you will receive a discounted resort fee of $32/night for single/double occupancy.  This daily service charge includes access to the fitness center and pools, twice daily housekeeping service, in-room hot beverage program, in-room evening bottled water and ice delivery, incoming faxes, daily newspaper, toll free access calls and local access calls up to one hour in length, and in-room wired and wireless internet access, as well as access to several seasonal resort activities. 

The MWCUA Convention Room Block at The Broadmoor is only available to registered attendees of the event.  MWCUA does perform routine room block audits to ensure only registered attendees are in the group block.

*Sponsors are selected on a first come-first served basis; provided, however, that Mountain West Credit Union Association reserves the right to refuse a sponsorship request based on contractual restrictions and limitations with existing vendor-partners, and payment of the sponsorship fee is not an assurance or guarantee that the sponsorship request will be approved. In the event that Mountain West Credit Union Association is forced to refuse a request due to contractual restrictions or limitations, sponsor-applicant will receive a full refund within 10 days from receipt of payment in the same form that payment was made.
