2018 Myrtle Beach ASB Exhibitor and Sponsor Event Registration

This Registration Website is intended for representatives of companies planning to exhibit at the 2018 annual meeting of the Association of Southeastern Biologists (ASB) in Myrtle Beach, SC, 28 March - 30 March.

 Exhibit Hall Schedule (subject to change):

28 March - Wednesday - Dessert Reception - 9pm to 10pm

29 March - Thursday - 8am to 5pm

30 March - Friday 8am to 5pm


ASB is committed to maximizing your exposure and has scheduled a number of special events in the Exhibitor Showcase. The ASB annual conference allows for exposure to as many as 1000 attendees dedicated to the advancement of the biological sciences. 

  • Research posters will be displayed in the Exhibit Hall throughout the conference. ASB poster sessions are given exclusive time in our program schedule to maximize attendance. Exhibitors receive added exposure from these events.  
  • All meeting-wide coffee breaks are held in the Exhibit Hall.  Expect both AM & PM coffee breaks on Thursday and Friday to bring in additional visitors to your booths. 
  • The annual silent auction, a popular event to raise funds for graduate student support, is held in the Exhibit Hall. All exhibitors will be offered the opportunity to donate to this event, further promoting your brands. 
  • Social events are being planned in and around the Exhibit Hall, offering Exhibitors additional opportunities to get to know our attendees during these informal marketing events. 
  • We offer a number of year-round and meeting-specific advertising opportunities. 




This three-day event brings together approximately 800 biologists from across the southeastern United States. The meeting features a distinguished plenary speaker, special symposia, oral and poster presentations, workshops, networking and social events, and more.The Annual Meeting provides you with the exclusive opportunity to network with this large and important audience of faculty, students, researchers, conservation workers, military and government personnel, and business professionals with a common interest in biological issues. Interests are diverse, but range from genetics and molecular biology, to physiology and population biology, to community and ecosystem ecology.
