Registration Fees

All persons attending any component of the NIHB National Tribal Public Health Summit must register for the Summit.  Presenters, presenter guests, and exhibitors are not exempt from registration and registration fees.

Summit Registration

  • Summit registration is for those who wish to attend any or all of the Summit activities occurring May 23-24. There are no partial registrations available for the Summit. Persons only able to attend a portion of the Summit must still register and pay the entire fee amount.
  • A single Summit registration will provide the following to a single person: one Summit packet, admittance to all Summit activities (including the opening reception, plenary sessions, local host activities, exhibit hall and marketplace, and Summit breakout sessions), and name badge.

Pre-Summit Institutes

  • Pre-Summit Institutes occurring on May 22nd require registration, at a cost of $50, in addition to Summit registration. All other pre-summit activities May 22nd, including seminars, listening sessions, and consultation sessions, do not require registration and are open to the public. NIHB utilizes an online registration process, and will process payments for registration fees online as well.  NIHB will also accept mailed checks for registration fees. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH OR FAX COPIES OF CHECKS FOR REGISTRATION. NIHB will not invoice for registration and Purchase Orders will not be accepted in lieu of payment.

It is important to respond to all questions in the registration form in order to expedite the registration and confirmation process.  Please know how you are going to pay for the registration fees before beginning the registration form.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be postmarked, or sent by email on or before May 5, 2018, at which time a refund will be granted, less a $100 processing fee. Cancellation notices postmarked or emailed after May 5, 2018 will not be refunded. No Exceptions. Substitutions are permitted.  All cancellations, substitutions, and questions regarding cancellations can be sent to phs@nihb.org


NIHB reserves the right to make final decisions regarding cancellations.
