Meeting Package (Physician Only)  $5,300.00

A 30% deposit is required at the time of registration. A credit card is required to register and will be charged within seven (7) days of registration. A 3.5% processing fee will be added. Balance/Full payment  is due on April 1, 2018.

You have the option of paying by check. Payment must be received within seven (7) days from the date of registration. If not received within the seven (7) days, your credit card will be charged (including a 3.5% non-refundable processing fee). Once your check is received, your credit card will be refunded (less 3.5% processing fee). Please select your payment type.

If you would like to upgrade your room at the Four Seasons Buenos Aires it will be $756.00      To confirm your upgrade, please contact Kim at Kclendenning@mcveigh.com

November 16, 2017 – April 1, 2018:

3.5% Credit Card processing fee Plus McVeigh processing fee of $75

After April 2, 2018:

Package is non-refundable

PreTrip- Iguazu Falls 

Cost: $500.00 per person

50% deposit per person ($300.00) due at time of registration and is non-refundable

Balance due April 1, 2018

Post Trip- Ushuaia 

Cost: $1,790.00 per person

50% deposit per person ($850.00) due at time of registration and is non-refundable.
