A respected name in Reg and WealthTech, Andrew enjoys a significant following in the media - and is frequently called upon to share his views on GDPR and MiFIDII. Andrew is an active speaker and contributor at wealth/fintech conferences.

Iulita works within KPMG’s Wealth and Asset Management Regulatory practice, leading on key areas such as SMCR, Brexit and firms’ response to the FCA’s asset management market study. She is continuously helping clients respond to regulatory developments and challenges, including those associated with governance effectiveness and oversight, cultural transformation, risk & controls frameworks. Iulita always strives to leverage her regulatory and industry knowledge to find pragmatic solutions to clients’ issues. Her secondment to the FCA provided her with insider’s understanding of the regulator’s approach and expectations, and provided an opportunity for her to be involved in shaping up the extension of SMCR to solo regulated firms. Iulita actively participates in industry events and is working closely with TISA and the IA.
