Summary

4-H'ers attending Capital Days MUST register with their county office.  The county will complete all online registrations. Parents cannot register children on their own.

4-H Capital Days is a unique experience designed to teach youth about citizenship and civic engagement and provides an opportunity to share their stories and be heard by those who make the decisions, set the budget and change laws for our state.

This annual event also provides 4-H members with the opportunity to share with legislators the impact 4-H has on Pennsylvania's youth and communities across the state.
