Conference Fees

• $3000 - first registrant from an organization

• $2800 - each additional registrant from the same organization

Prepayment is required.

Cancellation Policy

There is a nonrefundable processing fee of $100. Should you cancel your registration up to 72 hours prior to the conference, you will be refunded the entire conference fee, except the $100 nonrefundable portion. No refunds will be made after that time. 

Conference Attire

Since meeting room temperatures and personal comfort levels vary, we recommend that you bring a sweater or jacket.

Please have your contact and billing information ready as well as information for payment by either MasterCard, VISA, or American Express.

Check or Purchase Order (PO):

Click on red "Register Button" located on the left side of the navigation bar or the blue registration boxes located at the top and bottom of every page.

Complete registration sections as requested.

Click on the "Check" or "PO" option on the Payment screen and complete your registration process. The PO option will allow you to upload your signed PO at this time. If you do not have it during the time of registering, then click the PO option and then "Next", to mail in your PO at a later date.

You will receive an email acknowledging your registration BUT full confirmation of your seat in the Short Course will not occur until check or purchase order for the full amount has been received. You will receive an email confirming you are fully registered once payment has been received. Please mail in your check or SIGNED PO (if not uploaded at time of registration) as soon as possible .

The deadline for full payment by check or PO is March 12, 2018 to avoid cancellation of your registration and seat in the course.
