  • 0915-1000 (9:15 - 10am• General Session: Tony Perez (Marine Veteran) VP Product Management, GoDaddy  "Accidental Entrepreneur - A Story of Achievable Success" Tony is a proven business leader. He is a former US Marine (2000 - 2005), and former CEO of Sucuri (2011 - 2017), a website security platform that was acquired by GoDaddy in April 2017. He has proven experience taking a security product from startup to a global, multi-national, organization. Come to hear Tony as he shares information on what has made him successful in IT; his grit and wit will inspire you.

  • 1330-1430 (1:30 - 2:30 pm) • General Session: The Secrets & Differences of Working with Corporations, Government Agencies, and Prime Contractors – Panel Discussion, Moderated by Chairman Cole Woodman.
  • 1430-1445 (2:30 - 2:45pm) PM Break
  • 1445-1630 (2:45 - 4:30 pm) • General Session: “Tactical Networking" – Networking with a purpose during this roundtable business interactive discussion with Corporations, Government Agencies, Prime Contractors & Veteran businesses. Give your elevator pitch and create opportunities. (Bring plenty of business cards)
  • 1630-1900 (4:30 - 7 pm) • VIB Networking Welcome Reception - Mix and mingle while you enjoy art from various Veteran artists and Veteran artist supporters. Live music in a cool outdoor setting is the perfect way to relax and enjoy downtown LA.

  • 1830-2130 (6:30-9:30 pm) • VIB Network Above & Beyond Awards Banquet Dinner (California Science Center, under the Space Shuttle Endeavour) This evening is all about celebrating the Veteran business community with Marine, Comedian, Business Owner, and Emcee Mel Austin. We will recognize Corporations, Government Agencies, Prime Contractors and Veteran businesses who go Above & Beyond to help Veteran businesses grow and succeed. Enjoy delicious food, great networking and live music by SkArmy (300th Army Band that specializes in ska covers) This is a suit and tie, business attire event.
